Vanessa Wilson. Founder and Principal Consultant, Vanessa Wilson has over 20 years' experience in leadership roles, working within the financial and retail sectors. After studying at Curtin Centre for Entrepreneurship, she found herself sharing her big business experience with SMEs to help them grow and develop their businesses, which had a core people focus. Majoring in human resource management and marketing – and completing the Curtin Growth Program – Vanessa's knowledge, practical experience and genuine desire to add value, ensures operational needs and targets are met.


Adrian Price, Freelancer

Adrian Price (He/Him) brings over 25 years of administrative and design experience and has spent over 12 years of working in diversity and inclusion. (Sheena brings 4½ years of dropping in to say hello on Zoom calls.)

From his initial degree in Nursing through to working with organisations such as Deakin Uni and Melbourne Water, Adrian has a passion for work that makes a difference. He has also developed workplace inclusion strategies and programs on accessibility and LGBTIQ, including conducting training and coordinating an ally network. 

As a member of the LGBT community and a person with mental health issues. Adrian believe it is possible to succeed in the workplace when the culture is inclusive and appropriate accommodations are in place.
