At Gravitas we work at the nexus of blending our technical expertise across a number of human resources and development and management consulting areas combining these with evidence based organisational psychology approaches to create a unique blend of  People Alchemy. In simple terms, we help our clients translate their unique business vision and opportunities to problem solve efficiently as your business diversifies, grows and becomes more agile.  Our role is to help you navigate through managing organisational challenges whilst taking into account vast complexities of human organisational behaviour and interorganisational challenges.

Our Approach

We are a small group of business partners, practictioners, leadership executives, counsellors  and Diversity , Equity and Inclusion & Wellness consultants operating remotely across Australia to serve our clients. Our HQ is currently based out of Adelaide in South Australia with a London UK branch operating and working with a number of Associates across the globe including NZ, the US and Europe with plans to expand further.

We work with clients across diverse sectors including scale-ups; start-ups, SME’s  and multinationals. We particularly love working with businesses that care about sustainability.

At Gravitas we love helping organisations that focus on serving back their communites!  We are lucky to have worked and helped some amazing and inspiring businesses along the way across Not For Profits; Defence; Healthcare; Construction, Building, Manufacturing and the Renewables Utilities sector. As well as Tertiary, Education and Government Agencies. Each of these organisations and their leaders had few things in common – mainly their passion and drive to serve their shareholders and communities and theiur dedication to grow, nurture, reshape and use leverage their diverse talents and people as they get Future Ready.
