Tamara Seif

Founder, CEO & Principal HR, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Consultant and Principal Wellness Officer and Mediator.

Our CEO and founder Tamara Seif is a prolific social justice, Gender Equity advocate and long standing Diversity & Inclusion and HR management Consultant, practitioner, researcher and Ally. Tamara is highly experienced, international HR Leadership Consultant & Workplace Wellbeing coach making it her mantra to help businesses grow, connect and remain agile – whilst remaining inclusive and ethically responsible.

Tamara brings a highly empathetic, client centric, evidence based and outcome-focused approach to her work, both as an executive HR Leader and Diversity Equity and Inclusion practitioner and a DEI researcher and Ally. Tamara is also a qualified and certified British Psychological Society assessor (BPS) and an active member of the Occupational Psychology section UK and a Life Coach certified. Tamara holds an MSc in Business Psychology from City University Business school London and is also a certified Life Coach, Workplace Mediator and an EAP workplace advisor. Tamara also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development, CIPD London.

Michael Bloyce

Educated in economics, business and law, Michael’s career has encompassed many years as a manager in the public and community services sectors; including time as an administrator, venue manager, college lecturer, consultant and personal counsellor.

As a senior business consultant he has experience working within both government and private enterprise and possesses a particular understanding of the political process and environment, within organizations of all sizes.

A passionate, talented and committed personal counsellor with well-developed one-on-one, online and telephone counselling skills, Michael has significant hands-on experience in short-term crisis support, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy. He works with clients across many issues including work related problems, grief and loss, relationships, anxiety and depression and general well being.

He has a particular interest and specialization in personality disorders, including narcissism, bipolar, borderline, and paranoid conditions.

Michael’s most recent counselling focus has been in the critical incident niche, where events disrupt workplaces, impacting productivity and employee well-being. Gravitas has therefore established Critical Incident Counselling Australia, to deliver professional, timely support to help companies and their teams to recover and thrive.
